Business Process Model

Maruhide Indonesia's integrated manufacturing system (business process flow) is divided into 3 processes:

  1. Core Process.
  2. Supporting Process.
  3. Management Process.


All of these process elements represent the current activities of the Company and are ensured/documented by the Top Management assisted by the Quality Management System (QMS) Team appointed as the controller of each key process.

This Business Process Model will always evolve following business development.

The products produced by Maruhide Indonesia are a direct response to meet the demand for Customer requirements/specifications.

Maruhide Indonesia's core business is to provide part stamping, sub-assembly welding, painting/plating, and die manufacturing services.

Is a category of manufacturing that uses forming processes to make metal parts of different shapes from flat sheet metal, either in blank form or coil stock rolls that includes various sheet metal forming manufacturing processes (common metal stamping processes).

Based on our years of experience, we not only support stamping using various molds, but also partially automate material input and transfer between presses to improve production efficiency.

Various sizes of stamping machines are invested, and are fully capable of working with computing systems to meet designed needs.

Our stamping system has the capacity of:

  1. Machine tonage reaches 35~500 tons.
  2. Sheet/coil material thickness 0.6~6.0 mm.
  3. Spec material sheet/coil (high quality steel):
    • Cold Rolled Steel.
    • Hot Rolled Steel.
    • Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel.

Is a fabrication process in which two or more metal / iron parts (plates / pipes) are joined together through heat, pressure, or both and form a joint as the parts cool down to complete into a more useful shape.

Maruhide Indonesia's welding process is as follows:

  1. Stationary Spot Welding.
  2. Portable Welding.
  3. CO Welding.


The three types of positioners produced in-house allow processing using welding methods suited to product characteristics, as well as mass production processing using robot welding, and small volume processing using hand welding.

We can also process nuts and bolts by projection welding and spot welding.

Is one of the coating processes on a material / parts that serves to protect the object from the rust process through electroplating that requires electric current, or coating without electricity / painting through a chemical process.

Maruhide Indonesia's painting / plating process is as follows:

  1. Electro Deposition Painting (EDP).
  2. Field Paint Only (FPO).
  3. Zinc Plating / Zinc Coating (Galvanization and Chromium).

Dies are important tools used in the manufacturing industry that work like molds to create objects/manipulate materials in special shapes of various products to the desired size and shape.

Dies designs and materials are standardized by using the best methods through an integrated production system including optimizing costs

Mold costs can be reduced and construction period can be shortened making it possible to reduce man hours and time with Quick Die Change System (QDC).

Quality and reliable tooling for outer body and high tensile parts must be made from precision manufacturing facilities through Machining and Spotting processes.

To produce high precision molds, Maruhide Indonesia uses the latest technology available through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment, and the last step in the die manufacturing process is "finishing" which involves spotting and try-out.

Quality Inspection (QI) involves measuring, examining, testing, or quantifying various product characteristics and comparing those results with specified requirements to determine if there is conformance from Preproduction Inspection, In-Line Inspection, to Final Inspection.

Quality Assurance (QA) focuses on the process, while Quality Control (QC) focuses on the final product.

Our QA always monitors the processing work for manufacturing and production processes.

Every process step by step is ensured for product quality.

QC is critical to building and delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

QC inspects a product to ensure that it is functioning properly.

If the product is not functioning properly, then the problem needs to be fixed or eliminated to meet the standard of conformity.

The QC process utilizes precision machinery to ensure design conformity with Modern (High-End) Measurement Equipment to ensure our product measurements are accurate and precise.

Since its establishment, and as a Manufacturer of Products, Maruhide Indonesia has continuously strengthened its facilities and equipment and has always endeavored to have several advanced technologies in machinery and manufacturing software.

By preparing the facilities and equipment as well as the production system, Maruhide Indonesia can respond to Customer's request in detail and achieve reliable quality.

Maintenance of facilities and equipment is carried out independently responding immediately to any problems through in-house maintenance to prevent the release of defective products.
